The Blackburn Station Village landscape works project is part of Whitehorse City Council's commitment to its ongoing streetscapes upgrade program.


Outlines Landscape Architecture was engaged to provide consultancy services for the proposed landscape and external works including, pavement improvements, street furniture and fixtures, street trees and planting, and improvements to amenity areas.

The project provides an opportunity to resolve current site issues such as accessibility, and enhance and build upon the existing ‘Place Essence’ and overall aesthetic of the precinct.
